I’m trying to find out some information on the minimum required times to reduce endotoxins in a hot air oven at temperatures within the range of 200-230 celcius. Does anyone have any recommended time/temperature settings from experience? or is there a table or even an equation somewhere that can work it out? I can find the F0 equation for steam sterilisation but little to no information for dry heat. I can also find information on depyrogenation times at much higher temperatures for tunnels but unfortunatly our oven can’t reach that high.
