Any body route me to prepare the supply chain risk assessment.

Good Aspect of risk assessment picked up for discussion.

Well, it’s a custom kind …you have to take into account all the major factors i.e.

  1. Supplier evaluations
  2. Transportaion time / Method / condition evaluation
  3. Storage site evaluation
  4. Distribution time / method / condition evaluation
  5. Product label claims
  6. Unforseen case evaluation.
  7. Transit study / Hold time study support
  8. Recall Management assessment
  9. Technical agreement backup etc…
